Five Point Web Solutions is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, screen magnification, voice control or keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is something we build into every client website, and we hold our own site to the same standard.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for accessible web content. New pages, features and content are reviewed against these guidelines before they go live.
What we’ve built in
- Clear, consistent navigation that works with a keyboard alone
- A logical heading structure for easy scanning and screen reader navigation
- Text that scales smoothly across screen sizes, and a color palette chosen for strong contrast
- A light and dark mode toggle
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Links that open in a new tab announce it to screen readers
- Labeled form fields with clear instructions
Ongoing testing
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our site using automated checks, color contrast analysis, keyboard-only navigation and readability testing, and we fix issues as we find them.
Third-party content
Some content on this site is provided by trusted third parties, such as our legal policies and form tools, and we may link to websites we don’t control. We choose partners with accessibility in mind, but we can’t guarantee the accessibility of content we don’t maintain.
Feedback and assistance
If anything on our site is difficult to use, we want to know. Please send us a message or reach us through our Support page, and tell us the page and the problem you ran into. We aim to respond within three business days and will work with you to provide the information you need in another way if necessary.
