From Brochure Site to a Chamber That Runs on Its Website

The Middleton Chamber of Commerce came to us after an out-of-state provider fell short on support. Our first phase, in early 2025, rebuilt the existing site for speed, security and mobile use, and refreshed the design to match the Chamber’s brand.

The latest phase, launched in September 2026, went much further. In an all-volunteer organization, every manual task costs someone an evening, so we moved the Chamber’s day-to-day operations onto the website with a full membership system. Businesses can now apply and pay for membership online, then manage their account, directory listings and billing from their own account dashboard.

The member directory can be browsed by category, includes a map of brick-and-mortar members, and gives every business a full profile page. An events calendar keeps coffee meetups, workshops and community events in front of members, alongside chamber news, newsletter signup and sponsorship opportunities.

The site remains on our Website Management Plan, so software updates, security, spam protection and hosting are handled while the Chamber focuses on its community.
