Rebuilding a website and restoring reputation for a trusted cleaning company
While reorganizing their business, Office Nanny wanted to improve their online presence and better serve both customers and employees. On the recommendation of VanNatta Public Relations, they came to us for a new website and help with several SEO issues.
We designed a clean, efficient website with VanNatta providing the content, then went further:
- SEO foundation: strong built-in SEO to support organic growth
- On-page and local SEO: targeted improvements to help them reach more customers in the Mid-Willamette Valley
- Reputation management: working with Google, we removed 90% of the negative reviews that violated Google’s terms, improving their search ranking and standing in the community
